After nearly a year of planning, organizing, researching, and ordering various components for all of my equipment I am happy to say that I have completed construction of my private glass blowing studio, and everything is fully operational. I'm currently making efforts to open it as a glass school. As 2 of the 3 fundamental pieces of equipment use electricity, my goal is to install solar panels by the end of the year. I also plan to install a heat recuperating burner system on my gloryhole. Both of these efforts will minimize the environmental impact of the shop and ensure that the exhaust emissions will be as low as possible.
